Industry leading returns

Transparent reporting and regular updates

Low fees and carry upon exit

After conducting thorough due diligence and selecting a company, Brightspark creates a Limited Partnership (LP) fund unique to each investment. We often lead the investment round, and individual investors in our network invest alongside us.

As a member of our network, you will get notified of new investment opportunities, you can then review details of the company on our website, and you can decide whether to invest.

How it works

  • Brightspark investors must be accredited.
  • The minimum investment size is $10K (the average investment is $35K).
  • Brightspark charges a management fee of 2% for the first 3 years, and a carry of
15% if the company has an exit event.
  • Every new investment will have a set of specific terms, including protective provisions, follow-on and other investor rights.

The fine print

Your investments are in good hands

The Brightspark managing partners – VCs and entrepreneurs for more with 30+ years of experience – conduct due diligence and curate the best investment opportunities to present to our network.

Brightspark takes on the role of Managing Partner in the company-specific fund. Our team works closely with portfolio companies to grow them to their full potential, all the way to an exit. Brightspark's interests are completely aligned with those of our investors; we only make money if you make money.

We keep investors informed of all developments in the fund via quarterly and annual reports, as well as monthly newsletters.
